Yes. I. Love. Bindi wines. Just cannot help myself. And this was no let down either. The Bindi Chardonnay Pinot Noir Extended Lees Aged sparkling 2003. That's all I got really; simply superb!

I missed bottling a couple of weeks ago due to a dirty great big piece of glass in my foot, but will be back up in August for OV, Block 5 and Quartz bottling.

To tell you the truth I could drink draino with butter fried marron they taste so good. But I shall take your recommendation and try a bottle of this first!
